Diagnosis
Scutellum with engraved and very weak reticulation, partly smooth, median groove almost complete; mesoscutum metallic dark purple, scutellum bright metallic bluish-green; femora and tibiae dark brown; hind tibial spur long, LS/LT = 0.36; propodeal callus with 4-5 setae; forewing speculum open below; gaster short, MM/LG = 1.0, with apex rounded and with a large 1st tergite, 0.7X as long as length of gaster.
